This blog is intended to provide updates to CCH Members on Pool & Racquets programming, activities, events & more!

As we reflect on the season, there are many positives to highlight.

Pool:

• Positive response has been received from CCH Members, guests, and other local club members who have visited our renovated Cafe & changing room facilities

• Towel service has proven to be a valued amenity

• By popular demand, new menu items have been added to the menu throughout the summer including weekly specials, pizza, and deli sandwiches (ham or turkey, priced at $5)!

• A pool store, located at check-in was developed.

  • The pool store includes swim diapers, goggles, diving sticks and rings, beverage boats, swim trainers, and pool noodles.

    • Members are encouraged to provide feedback for additional items to add!

• Our next Late Night Swim Pool Party is this Friday, August 9th at 5p. We hope to see you there for Pirates & Mermaids!

• Save the date for Flick & Float on August 31st! Bring your favorite float and enjoy the flick

Racquets

• Whoosh racquets was incorporated into our mobile app and website to allow members to book events, courts, lessons and clinics

• The upper tennis courts were resurfaced into 4 designated pickleball courts and two half-basketball courts

• Dinks & Drinks was a hit in June!

  • The next Dinks & Drinks event is on August 16th and is complimentary to attend

• Our first kid's pickleball tournament was on August 3rd. With great attendance, another has been added to the calendar for August 17th

Reminders

• Shirts and shoes must be worn on the courts and when exiting the pool gates

• Coverups and shoes must be worn at the High Point Bar
